8. Payments, Multi-Currency Billing, and Reversals

Multi-Currency Processing Foundations

Primary Settlement Currency: The baseline default currency for all standard pricing tier calculations, formal quotes, and initial invoicing is Euros (EUR).

Alternative Localized Currencies: To accommodate international client preferences, we provide localized payment tracking links. Clients may elect to settle their invoices in US Dollars (USD) or any other major local currency made available through our payment gateways at the time of checkout.

Merchant of Record Disclosures: Regardless of your chosen payment currency, you explicitly acknowledge that your commercial agreement is with our parent entity. Your financial records, credit/debit card statements, or Payment Gateway Provider (such as PayPal or Other) transaction history will display “ALE GLOBALSOLUTIONS” or “AGSOLUTIONS” as the billing merchant. Filing a dispute based solely on an unfamiliar statement identifier constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Card-Issuer Variations: If you complete a transaction in a currency different from your funding bank account’s native currency, your local card issuer or Payment Gateway Provider (such as PayPal or Other) may apply an internal cross-border fee or foreign exchange conversion margin. Ale Global Solutions holds no liability for issuer-side exchange variations.

Late Payments and Project Suspension

Invoices must be paid according to the specific payment milestones outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW). Late payments or failed transaction processing may result in immediate project suspension, deployment delays for active email campaigns, or temporary disconnection of custom website staging links.

Refund Framework

Due to the digital, tailored, and time-intensive nature of custom professional digital services (including email campaign deployment, custom website programming, and graphic landing page design), fees paid toward completed milestones or ongoing operational sprints are fully non-refundable. Any authorized refunds or project cancellation settlements are governed entirely by our comprehensive Refund and Cancellation Policy page.

Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Confidentiality
